HELP! My jars are moist inside

Two of my ca 20 jars are a little moist inside. I got 4 oz with EMP and Nightcap in some jars, the other jars i got is not moist inside of the jar walls. Should I change jars? Why is it like this?
These two are of an other model than I usually use aswell

Don't really know exactly why, but surely it has to do with temperature and humidity. Repack them into different, dry, room temperature jars and see what happens. ::

In my country now, Norway. The humidity is very high, just have to make sure it does not get moldy I guess. All my other jars are ok, maybe they are not tight. Its from my rotation jars anyway so not that bad, but I freaked out alittle :D

The tobacco seems fine and my jars for aging is also ok

The EMP I just received is a bit too wet to smoke but it hasn't had any condensation in the jar. I just put some out on a plate for an hour before smoking it
