Tobacco Leaf. Two locations, neither one is close to the Strip but they are not bad little shops. More cigar forward but they carry some nice pipes, lighters and Dunhill, McClelland, MacBaren tins and I believe some Newminster bulks. 9400 S. Eastern Ave. and 7175 W. Lake Mead Blvd.
Mr. Bill's Pipe and Tobacco Shops. A lot of glass pipes/hookahs, scales, etc. but they have a large bulk tobacco selection (Lane/Dunhill/Stokebeye). Peterson, Dunhill and Suttliff tins. Some overpriced briars. Fun place to pick up some tobacco and maybe a black light poster :P. Closest location to the Strip is 4441 W. Flamingo Road.
Vegas rode the late 90's-early 2000's cigar wave pretty heavy with classy cigar lounges all up and down the strip. Many have gone away but Napoleon's at the Paris is very nice with cigar/cocktail pairings and a dueling piano bar. Bring your Platinum Card.
If you're a music fan, you need to visit Brooklyn Bowl at the Linq on the Strip. Eclectic mix of touring acts spanning from New Orleans Jazz to Death Metal and all points between. Kick-ass southern fried chicken, craft beer and... BOWLING! Lanes are right next to the stage. :
