Help Identifying a Pipe

I'm trying to help someone identify a pipe he recently got

he has checked Pipedia and a couple other places with no luck and was told on facebook that it is a cheapo from China...check out the pictures and see if you recognize it please

I'm pretty sure that is a RoadTown pipe. I have bought a few off the bay. Not bad smokers at all.
