Help Identifying a Pipe

Does anybody know what i have here? Ive looked around and there are multiple companies that produced commodore pipes.

Quick online search says its either a Charatan or Comoy second.

Its a nice big pipe. No fills as far as I can see. I just couldnt find any solid evidence online that it was charatan or comoy. It was kindof leaning that way but I didnt see that logo withn"c" and the crown anywhere.
