Help Identify this Pipe, Please - Maybe Russian?

Hello,
Maybe someone out there can help me identify this pipe. It came in an ebay purchase of several pipes a few years ago. I've tried the google thing to decifer the letters, but have had no luck.
Might be hard to see, but the first letter is a C, the second looks like a Rectangle (?), the fourth is an inverted V.........All others seem to be normal Letters that this American guy is used to.........
It's a great little pipe, a good smoker, and well made. Nice slot & button too.............. any ideas? Thanks!

It's a Soviet pipe, CCCP. I've seen a bunch of old Russian pipes on Ebay with the same stamping.

Yeah, I figured it was probably a Soviet pipe, but was wondering what the preceding letters meant?
It's one of those things that just bugs the hell out of me when I smoke it!

It might be a gift pipe from Tractor, makers of the "Borscht You Will Eat" brand of borscht.

Transliterated = SDELANOVSSSR

SSSR is Russian for USSR as noted previously.

Сделанов / SDELANOV translates to "Made In"

So, the mystery is solved and also just begun.

I just invested in the Ukraine and bought a KAF Freehand from them in November, it cost me a bit but what a beautiful pipe, import tax to the UK but I benefited by getting a great pipe and supporting a Ukraine business, costly but worth it in the end, if you want to support the Ukraine and can afford to buy a great pipe look at KAF Pipes, I feel better for it, I would certainly not invest in a Russian pipe.
