I got this IM Corona light as a gift with a free engraving and I'm having trouble refilling it and getting the lighter to work normally. Before I would fill it up, using super refined 5x Power butane and now the it sprays back the butane and I can't even get a flame going!
Sorry Im a bit of a newb really appreciate the help in advance

Should I use a different butane or adapter? I tried bleeding and hissed out the air and still having that problem.. Do I need to clean the click part like a flint wheel?

Based on what you are saying, it is hard to understand your exact problem. Are you saying that the butane fill valve is leaking and not sealing after you fill the lighter? Or are you saying that the butane is continually leaking out of the flame nozzle? Or are you saying that the butane comes out when you expect it to, but too much and it simply does not light?

This is why I gave up on refillable butane lighters 40 years ago and it seems technology hasn't improved. Just too much crap to deal with and too many little parts to break or wear out.

If it's spraying back when filling that means it's full. Are you holding it upside down when filling? Also talk to Bradley he used to be a gas guy. He puts his lighters in the fridge and warms the bottle of butane up in warm water to pressurize shit.
As for lighting maybe you need a new flint.

If it's spewing back it should be full. Is it Flint or Pizzo? You may have the flame set too high blowing out the fire. Turn the adjustment to the lowest setting, get a match or other lighter, and attemp to light the Corona, if it lights you have a spark problem. Try putting lighter in fridge for 5 minutes, and run hot water on side of can of Butane before you fill. Turn lighter upside down, insert butane spout straight up and down and firmly press down count to 10, wait a few minutes do it again, a third time it will be full. Hope you have success.

You forgot the part where you need to stand on your head while doing it. When a $1 Bic clone runs out of gas, throw it out and use a new one. Fill a $20 Zippo till the matting saturates, pop the insert back in the case, flip the lever, light up. Sheesh.

I managed a smoke shop for many years and whenever a customer came in with the OP's problem 85% of the time the lighter just needed a new flint, especially if they had never changed the flint and were still lighting off of the one that came pre-chambered. Not saying that this is a definitive answer, but it sounds like your lighter is full, but needs a new flint.
