H&H Derby Club Aromatic - Bulk Version?

I'm looking for a bulk version of Hearth and Home Mid Town Derby Club Aromatic so I can buy a single ounce. Googling hasn't gotten me anywhere.

I know that they are made by Sutliff.

H&H Chatham Manor = Match Carter Hall / Estate Blend
H&H Prince Andrew = Match Prince Albert / Duke Albert
H&H Chestnut = Match Walnut
H&H Sweet Cask = Match Sugar Barrel
H&H Cherry = Match Middleton Cherry (no surprises there)

I just can't seem to find the "Match" or bulk version of Kentucky/Derby Club Aromatic. Does it go by a different name?
