Hello, all! It's a pleasure to make everyone's acquaintance. It has been awhile since I joined an online forum, so I must say this feels oddly nostalgic to me. In any event, I think I'm going fit in well here. It will be nice to be able to communicate with fellow pipers! My about section more or less covers this, but as a means of introduction, I will say my tobacco tastes lean towards burley and va/per blends, though the occasional American aromatic or codger blend can be welcome when the mood is right. But I find there are blends in every major family or genre that I can enjoy. Discovery is part of why I enjoy this hobby so much. Looking forward to getting to talk with and know you all better as time goes by.

Welcome aboard from central North Carolina. I too like a variety of genres of tobacco, but I am definitely a burley devotee.

yeah pipe smoking is great. So much variety. :) So very enjoyable. I find it to be more pleasurable then frankly it seems like it has any business to be. It's a journey that then becomes a familiar haunt that still has a few paths here or there left to explore.
