Hello everyone -- I've smoked a pipe on and off for 25 years, with a general love for Virginia-Perique blends. The last year or so I've started getting into good quality aromatics, which has been a bit of a revelation for me.

I own probably too many pipes, but as we all know, I actually own too few.

I'm off to sit in my back yard with a coffee and a bowl of Sutliff Match Sunrise. I look forward to sharing a good smoke with you.

Davidus, the cigar shop, is the one close to me here. But every time I go in there, they treat me like a criminal -- I've never been followed around and watched more than in that place. There are a couple of cheapo cigar stores in Fells Point that sometimes stock tins of pipe tobacco. I've gotten lucky and scored some well-aged ones now and again. But obviously you want to avoid bulk stuff in those places, since it's been sitting around for a long long time.
