A while ago, I put in an order with smokingpipes.com - a place I have often looked at while dreaming of pipes and tobaccos, but just never got around to placing an order with until now.
They sent my package by UPS - a tin of McClelland Wilderness was hardcore crushed during shipping. Fortunately, the rest of my order was fine.
I called up smokingpipes.com just to let them know - they kindly offered to send me a new tin, free of charge, with free shipping to boot... AND, I could keep the old crushed tin to smoke.
Man, they will be getting more business for me. Aren't we lucky to have so many etailers willing to go the extra mile for us?
