Great Find for A Buck!

While Flea Market hunting today, I had just about given up hope of finding any estates. So on my way home and just a couple hundred yards from my house, an older couple were having a yard sale. No pipes on the tables so I got talking to him about Bikes and for some reason got around to asking if he had any tobacco pipes. He went in the garage and came out with these two. I looked them over and said "How much?" Should be worth a buck each, don't you think? He says. I gave him his money while feeling guilty as hell. I have some more around here somewhere he says, come back tomorrow and I'll have found them by then.
Any way, here is what I got for $2.00.

The second pipe or the one on the right is a London Turf, British Made. This one I know nothing about yet.

I know, when he handed it to me to look at, I had to get my daughter to read it cause I didn't have my glasses. She couldn't pronounce it so she spelled it out to me and I could not believe finding one here in Nova Scotia.

I think I shall clean it up and see what I have. So far it is a keeper. I am excited about tomorrow. Can't wait to see what else he digs up. He told me he had more pipes and some old baccy as well

Ya mate, I do find em quite often, but less often now. Wife and I spend 4-8 hrs evry weekend going around to Yard Sales and Flea Markets. The Annapolis Valley is a haven for them in Summer. I also run a yr long add on Kijiji for collecting pipes.
To take a Quote from one of Segals movies; " Chance favors the prepared mind". However, in my case, just dumb luck.
