GQ tobaccos in the UK

I read about GQ tobaccos closing down in the future and checked their site which indicated that the warehouse was still operating till the end of Sep and then on a periodic basis until stock was all sold.
I placed an order in late September to try and support them a bit since I had ordered from them before and they were great people.
Long story short, order status remains as "awaiting fulfillment" after 3 weeks and several emails to them remain unanswered. Phone does not seem to work either.
Does anyone have updates or alternative contact options for GQ?

had had the same experience bout a month a go with my lighter order- was waiting order to be fulfilled two weeks then got reached them by phone asking for money refund, all went nice,but only after when I took active actions myself,
