My first Blowfish...really some nice grain on this one...(You can tell I haven't spent much time at the beach this weekend- lot's of time in the shop!)

It has some Picasso influences, if I'm not being too high flown. I grew up in Chicago with

the "horse's head" sculpture in front of City Hall. This has that kind of cubist abstraction

and intensity.

Will you be able to read your "Mark" when it is small enough to put on a pipe? Or is it for packaging & branding purposes only?

Zack, that blow fish is awesome, incredible grain and a very different design.
I think your logo is cool, I would think the year made would be good to have on your pipes.

I think you guys are right- for the Mark, I'll stay with the "Z" in the circle along with the year and #. I'll save the detail for the web site and pipe bag...and I'm in the middle of designing an embroidered shirt with a beautiful woman smoking a pipe (my wife Greta) and Z.Hamric Artisan Pipes around it...(reshooting this pic for one with Greta and the Twisted Rams Horn I carved a few days ago). By the way- pipe making is easy- it's all the other marketing crap that goes with it that eats your time...
