Getting Some Pipes

Hey guys wanted to get some help on this, I just won some pipes on Ebay its a BRIAR & CROWN DUKE I know they need to get restored but what steps would be good to get them cleaned and restored. The stems do need to get cleaned good, what advise do you guys give to have them cleaned up?

Grabows are good pipes. I have a Crown Duke that smokes just fine.

That's true it is a lot of reading and remembering, but it does pay off greatly.I personally learned most of what I know about pipes and restorations from these guys here and their links to other sites, of course with a lil trial and error.Read up, ask questions and experiment, you'll have it in no time.
