I’ve been scarce of late, still fighting off the medical issues that have plagued me this past month trying to find some common ground.
Felt strong enough this morning to go on a 2 plus mile Nordic Walk with the assistance of my Nordic Walking Poles under the direction of our Nordic Walking instructor and Cancer Physical Therapist. Took my blood pressure before the walk which was close to normal and after which was lower than normal and I was a little light headed so I hydrated quite a bit with Zero Water and fresh Apple Cider with a lunch of tomato, spinach and avocado on home baked bread.
Out to water the plants and smoke something other than my MM Twain. I got the Freehand rusticated Danish by Pipemaker David S. Huber in trade for one of my pipes made by the late Pipemaker Peter Heeschen, a Cobra.

If it's not too much trouble, next time, I'd love to see where you go for your walk!

Here
The first mile of his two plus mile walk is walking the line of pipes to decide which one to select for the occasion.
The second mile is walking back to the starting point.
The "plus" part is around the house to the tree he smokes in front of... :nana:

Well it’s not easily done since the glove straps on my Nordic Poles prevent me from grabbing my cellphone and trying to take photos but today’s walk began along a foot path next to the York River, which is tidal, follows along one of the historic houses in town, Sayward-Wheeler House. Progresses along the Fishermen’s Walk which is where the local lobsterman, and fishermen, kept their boats tied up along York Harbor for centuries and follows into Stage Neck Inn property, Stage Neck is where I’ll doers, pirates and such were hung at high tide then cut loose to be brought to sea on the outgoing tide. We then continue along the cliff path which brings us into a memorial park where we loop around and retrace our steps back to the Rte 103 bridge where we started. My wife and I walk the 1/10th mile home from there, or starting point is the opposite side of the photo I posted when you asked what I was looking at when I smoked. Every walk is different but usually 2-4 miles depending on the difficulty of the terrain etc, felt good to do it even though I napped for 2 hours later, regards.

You need the fishnbanjo GoPro Pipe Cam!
On second, thought, it would likely be a waste. While you're keepin' it smokey, this is all we'd see:
