If anyone is at Fort Riley, KS I've started a unit pipe-club/ Bible-study/ life study.
Its called the Piper's Brigade
Basically this is why:
Everything is spiritual, from talking to God, loving your spouse, supporting a friend through a hard time, helping a stranger, enjoying that perfect moment on a motorcycle ride, hitting the perfect groove on guitar, and of course the joy of good friends and a good smoke.
So we meet, light up cigars and pipes, read a short lectionary reading of the day followed by a 5 minute life application such as honesty, integrity, honor, service, and spend for the most part just talking about pipes, cigars, tips, life, guns, etc.
If you are stationed at Fort Riley and are interested let me know!
I'd like to find some regulars, because if and when I deploy, I dont want it to disappear from the States, because you know I'll be continuing the meetings in Iraq, Afghanistan, or where ever I end up!
