I bought a Forseti Freehand a few weeks back, thought I'd post up a little review/rant.

It's dimensions are 2.1" bowl depth and 0.7" width.

Looks magnificent, but that's where the good bit ends.
It has the tightest draw I've yet had to experience on a pipe, and I've smoked DR Grabow Lark.

It gurgles and the draw is quite hard.

And the coating is a lot more unpleasant on taste than usual, or maybe it just takes longer to break in.
Already widened up the chamber hole.I am going to get a tapered drill bit eventually and widen up the stem a bit, although the tenon is so thin I am afraid it will crack.
Overall, I am glad I payed 50$ for it and not 120$ it went for originally.

But it does look magnificent. I'll post a photo once I get a hand on a camera.

It's probably the stem. Premolded most likely. If it is bent the bend could have tightened at the curve.

I own a couple other pipes, it just seems to me that the issues are caused by low quality of production and not a defect as such.

The draft hole is extremely tight, as I mentioned.

But what you are saying is true as well, the curvature of stem is quite uncmofortable, and the pipe cleaner does not pass through without me dismantling a pipe first.

I am guessing that the tenon and mortis holes are slightly misaligned.
