For The Love Of Cob II: The Arrival!

Previously, I had posted about my small Missouri Meerschaum order that got way out of hand.

Well folks, a big box showed up Friday:


Looks like a load of cobular goodness inside!


More on the bottom!


New first quality pipes on the left, stems down. The pipes I already own in the middle, bowls upright. The smokable seconds are on the right, stems up.



Now I need a bigger pipe rack!!

They are cobs finished by tumbling them all in a cement mixer. I've never been bothered by them just being chucked in a box with peanuts. Nothing is going to happen to them that hasn't already happened.

Those kind of peanuts are similar to memory foam, and are packed very tight. They do an amazing job of protecting the cobs. No issues here yet.
