Follow-Up on Cracked Meerschaum

So I made my first post a few days ago about my new found pipe passion and my recently purchased billiard meerschaum pipe.
Well first hurtle, the online seller is taking the pipe back. I will be mailing it tomorrow.
Having read this forum some of you know him, and the make, so hopefully I can post a great review of customer service.
