So, I was going through my modest tin collection, checking for leaky or rusty tins.

I came across a tin of Tudor Castle by McClelland that wasn't quite right. It seemed to rattle a little too much when I gave it a little shake. The plastic lid was bulging a bit. The tin is dated 2015.

I took off the plastic lid, and got a whiff of that McClelland tang that many of us love. To me, that indicated the tin wasn't holding its seal.

Fearing that the tobacco might be drying out, I decided it was appropriate to transfer the tinned tobacco to a Mason jar.

The tobacco was the perfect moisture for smoking, also indicative to me that it had indeed dried out a little.

Poor me. Now I have to smoke some of this Tudor Castle instead of letting it develop in the tin. First World problem!
