Really nice. I like the partial blast too! From the pic it looks like the stem has an ever-so-slight bend. That should balance very nicely. People say such good things about Boswells, I hope it turns out to be one of your best smokers. You'll have to post some more pix when it arrives.

Boswell Shot-Shell in a Burnt Autumn two tone finish.
J.M.'s accent pebble caving along shank and heel of bowl.
Hand-cut acrylic amber translucent shade in a saddle bit.
Always an extremely easy draw, to give you a fuller and richer
smoke.

Who else is thinking like cortez.....'Partial blast'

I'm starting to look at partials in a whole different light.

Nice pipe.... not sure about the X-mas hype though!

I think I am going to have to take a serious look at Boswell Pipes. The more I see of them and the reports I here, it tells me I have been missing out on a great smoke.

Have three... like them all...... they do tend to be a bit heavy if you are a clincher.. you may not like that.......

Hot damn that is a beautiful pipe. I had a feeling that when you got yours it'd be a shot-shell. Just seemed to be right up your alley. Love that partial rustication, the classic shape, and that slight bend in the stem. Definitely a pipe that makes me jealous!
