Finally Won an Aristocob on Ebay!!!!

I was finally able to score an Aristocob pipe off ebay for my old piping friend. He has smoked these for 30+ years and finally his last one is shot, he has several inserts with no pipe for them. I plan to gift this to him when I give him his next tobacco order.

He is 83 and not real computer savvy so I have been ordering him tubs of Prince Albert from P&C and saving him nearly $20 a tub from what he was paying around here.

I can not wait to see the look on his face when I give him his favorite pipe. ::

I'm curious, are the cob inserts still made new or do you have to hunt down new old stock?

the cob inserts are not being made but the fellow I bought the pipe for has several inserts yet. I will need to keep an eye out for more. I have also been in contact with MM and they are thinking of trying to fire production back up of the inserts and possibly the Aristocob pipe also.

I think it would help if a few more people would contact them and show interest in an Aristocob revival!!!
