Another find over the weekend. Paid $15. Has "Italy"/etc. What really interests me was the maker or the initials on the stummel. Any ideas?
HCRB? RHCB? Really Horrible Carved Briar? :D

I found others like it online. It's supposed to be Sir Walter Raleigh.
