I have great memories of my Grandfather and Uncles sharing toasts at holiday gatherings. Here’s one:

Here’s to Eve
mother of all graces
who wore a fig leaf in the most personal places.

Here’s to Adam
father of us all
johnny on the spot when the leaves began to fall.

Cheers

Here’s to fighting, stealing, cheating and drinking.
If you fight, may it be for what‘s right.
If you steal, may it be a lover‘s heart.
If you cheat, may you cheat death.
If you drink, may it be with me.

Somehow one of my daughters when very young coined the phrase "clink cups" when people were touching glasses so that's about it when they are around, we just get to clinking and get on with it, lol. Otherswise it's "Happy or Merry ___________ (whatever holiday)" or "Thanks honey" --- nothing really memorable I guess.
