I watch and like too many movies to have a favorite or list them all. But I'll list a few.
Dark Knight

Maletese Falcon

All of the movies Jeremy Brett did of the Holmes novels

Sherlock Holmes ('09 with Downey Jr. and Jude Law (who actually was in a Jeremy Brett Holmes show back in the 80s))

Cactus Flower

Wall Street and the sequel Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps

Batman Begins

Robin Hood (Men in Tights, Prince of Thieves, and Russell Crowe's latest that was out last year)

Star Wars (the originals episodes 4-6)

Indiana Jones series

LOTR

Hobbit (cartoon version)

Sling Blade

Powder

Fried Green Tomatoes (first drive-in I saw)

Singin' in the Rain

White Christmas

Casablanca

7 Year Itch

Murder on the Orient Express

Christmas Carol (by far my favorite is the Albert Finney one)

Iron Man 1 and 2

Slaph Shot
The list could go on and on if I included all of the Pixar movies I love.

Lots of good films mentioned above. Some I like very much, some I loathe.
Here is a short list of my favorites:

[*]Dune ("Gods, what a monster!")

Patton ("Despicable. That's the first time anyone's applied that word to me.")

Hatari ("Momma Timbo, that means mother of elephants.")

Avatar ("There's something we gotta do. You're not gonna like it.")

Maltese Falcon ("You may have the falcon, but we certainly have you.")

Kelly's Heroes ("Will you stop crying? I haven't even ask you yet.")

They Call Me Trinity ("That sounds like blackmail." "Yeah, it does.")

Trinity is Still My Name ("What is it?" "Don't rightly know. It was flyin' around here the other day." "Looks like an eagle." "Might be.")

Back to Bataan ("We could use a little more food. Runnin' out of horse and mules.")

Eldorado ("I forgot the words, but you'd better say I do.")

Rio Bravo ("Who's Stumpy?" "A fella that likes roses.")

Star Trek The Motion Picture ("As much as you wanted the Enterprise... I want this.")

Monty Python's The Holy Grail ("You must answer me these questions three.")

Down Periscope ("I wonder if they have one in turquoise?")

Chicken Run (I've met some hard boiled chicks in my time, but you're a bout 20 minutes.")

Demolition Man ("Mmm. She's gotta way with words.")[/*]

I'm a big fan of Akira Kurosawas samurai movies.

Any other fans here ?
Seven Samurai

Rashoman

Yojimbo

Throne of Blood
Anybody who is not familiar with Kurosawa, you owe it to yourself to track down ANY of these films. Keep an eye on TCM, they usually dedicate a whole month to his work.
