Falcon pipe warranty

Hello world,

I'm a new pipe smoker.

I bought my first pipe three months ago, a Falcon Standard Bent Pipe.

I have an issue with the aluminium stem which seems broken.

Anyone can tell me if a warranty exists for this pipe?

What is wrong with the stem?
Not sure about the warranty, its been awhile since I bought a new Falcon. If you bought it new, check with the retailer you purchased it from.

welcome 'belgium. I think you'll find Forums useful and entertaining as well. I don't own a Falcon, so I don't know their warranty,

but I have looked into buying one on a number of occasions. So far I'm too enchanted with briar to move on (briar and another

wood or two). However, I do notice that, whatever the Falcon warranty is, this is one of the few pipes that regularly sells its

constituent parts, not just the whole pipe. So if the warranty doesn't cover this, you can probably buy the stem for less than the

whole pipe, or it may be that the warranty would allow them to send you a functional stem as a replacement. Good luck. Most

people who own Falcons here on Forums think it's a good pipe and recommend it.
