Good morning folks. I have a decent size Falcon pipe collection. How are you storing/displaying them? I have found a nice vintage thread bobbin holder that will temporarily work for some of my bowls. I just wondering if anyone has found something actually designed for Falcon style bowls. My searches have come up empty. I do have a design in mind if I can not find anything but need to put it to paper somehow and figure out how to build it. I’m not much of an artist.

Ages ago there was a similar thread about this and I was looking for a good solution; the bobbin rack was discussed and it seemed like a great solution because it was angled to save space. I was going to make my own but got lazy when I found a stout little box that worked perfectly for the exact number of spare bowls I had on hand and never acquired any more bowls so … yeah, still using it.

Not that I have anything like it but a nice cabinet grade 1X2 piece of oak with 1/2" dowl rod pegs for the bowls to sit on should work.

I’ve seen a few things on Amazon that might work. These are candle, spice, cologne, racks. I was actually thinking of trying to find a decent sized version of something like one of these then notching out little spaces to hold the pipe stem. Then on the flat part where the candle, spice, cologne bottle would sit I was going to cut some peices of foam rubber RC car Pit Mat to fit each riser with some round holes cut into the foam rubber mat so a pipe could set nicely in the little round hole. It would then almost be just like a pipe rack, but sold for much cheaper. I’d imagine these would work as Falcon bowl display racks too. There are many different sizes and styles.
