Smoking pipes just dropped some new Rossi Piccolo pipes, and two styles of pencil shanks are in there, for under $50. One is a beautiful belge and the other a beautiful lanky billiard variety. Go knock yourself out. They won’t stay unsold for long. In fact…. 10, 9, 8, 7, better hurry! 5, 4….
Chacom, Ropp, Brebbia. Bruno Nuttens (I think it's him) sells old unsmoked French pipes on eBay. Quite a few pencil shanks last time I looked.

I don't think this is what you're looking for but the Rattray (always sounds like a bad mascot, Ray the Ratt) Old perth has a pencil shank though it has a small bowl and chamber so maybe not what you're looking for.
