First and foremost I'd like to offer my deepest apologies to Adam (clickklick)

Over a year ago I contacted Adam asking about possibility to commission a pipe. After he found out what exactly I had in mind (petite nose warmer), Adam created the pipe and sent to me. The only thing he asked me to do is to write a review, at which I miserably failed. I can hope that Adam will accept my apology and mercifully will look upon my attempt to remedy the situation....
And now...
Being a big guy, I fully understand how comically I look with a small pipe in my hands. But I can't resist...

I like my pipes on the smaller side. To me they look elegant. I also cannot handle more that a 25-30 minute smoke, I "loose" my taste buds. So, with this in mind I asked Adam to create me a pipe, letting his imagination guide him. I didn't care about the shape, not the color. Except pipe having a pink stem. He happily obliged.

It took same time until the day has come... She was beautiful. Graceful. Elegant. I love the grain on her. The mouthpiece is very chic. I loaded her up with PS English Oriental, grabbed box of matches and she sung. Easy, but not too easy draw, extremely lightweight, very comfortable button. The fit and finish, the "smokability" was beyond all of mine expectations. I smoked her once and she laid untouched till today. I couldn't keep smoking her without fulfilling my end of the deal. Today, so many days late, but hopefully not too late, I smoked her again. Recently another member (mrenglish) sent me, literally, a heap of plug tobacco, I'm enormously thankful to Michael for not just introducing me to the world of plugs (which are breathtakingly good), but for his limitless kindness and generosity.

Very nice shape, and love that stem! Adam made me this little volcano last year, and it's a very fine smoker!

It's been satisfying watching Adam evolve as a relatively new carver, always with a lot of originality and daring, so even if a pipe isn't just your style, you still experience a rush of surprise at the various shapes, colors, stem treatments, and unique takes. The stem on that blowfish/ball is really striking, perfect. And chase's volcano is a beauty. Always good to anticipate what he'll do next.

not a fan of the nosewarmer size personally, but that is a very graceful shape and overall nice pipe!
