I’ve been lucky enough to acquire a few bags of my favorite Esoterica blends. I ran across a couple of threads that mention their bags developing pin holes. What’s the current thought on best practices for storing/aging in these bags? I have a food saver. Any benefit to vacuum sealing them in a food saver bag?

Depends on how long you want to store them. Clear Mylar is permeable, so the contents will be very slowly drying out, but for a few years or more, a food saver bag should do.
For long term storage you need metallized Mylar bags. I use the 1 gallon, gusseted, 7 mil food grade bags for my Eso bags and smaller for bulk storage. Contents will keep for decades. I buy mine from here:
