The tobacconist told me it's a must, if I am trying tobaccos out, and you should have tried it at least once. So I got it and I don't think I am going to be trying it again and that's why:
1- I am an aromatics smoker, yet again I liked the Dunhil Early morning. In this pseudo Aromatic Erinmore I got neither the nice earthly smokey flavor of a non aromatic, nor any aroma. So I didn't get the point.
2- It burns like hell ! again I like aromatics so I am familiar with some techniques to smoke a sweet aromatic tobacco without getting a tongue burn. This Erinmore didn't care and kept on burning no matter how slow I tried to smoke it.
3- It's a super wet smoke, may be it's my fault and I should have let it to dry. But really why so wet??
4- The room note annoyed my wife a lot, and she is totally flexible and almost never comment negatively about me smoking.
So did I miss something? what did I do wrong that made me feel like I threw 10 euros away?

Word of wise to anyone trying tobacco... never make up your mind on one bowl. Give it 4 or 5 and use different pipes and packing tecnique to see what makes it work for you. If after that many bowls then get rid of it. It sounds like it may not be packed tight enough.

Erinmore is bad, real bad, I'm not kidding it will make you want to throw away your pipe. My suggestion, throw it away, and try again. Consider it saving your pipes, not wasting tobacco

I like to always think there is no such thing as a bad blend, it just might not be the one for me. Erinmore is the exception to that rule, for me. I can't imagine anyone liking it, yet I'm sure some do. My thoughts are that I wouldn't put this in rat poison because while I might want the rat to die, I wouldn't want it to suffer.

There is some blend hating going on right here. Pretty funny.
Personally I don't think you need to give a bad blend several tries in different pipes with various packing methods. If it's nasty dump it out and smoke something worthwhile.
