Elephants Foot Pipes...good smokers?

thoughts and pics on this shape of pipe...
IMO-Like others like horn-shapes (which I love the look of...damn tough smokers (or at least the ones I have smoked in the past)
I like this Claudio Cavicchi: Partially Sandblasted Elephants Foot with Red Palm (a lil flash/bling-bling perhaps)

or perhaps a Lasse Skovgaard one:

I will ONLY smoke them if they use manatee bone for the shank and a stem fashioned from green sea turtle shell. It's the only way to get a nice cool smoke out of one. That being said, I am willing to pay TOP dollar for just such a pipe on the black market!

I just asked smokingpipes.com on the grade, said there wasn't any on a few of them, this one included and that the thing just sold...man us piper's move fast :crying:

The pipe that I am really curious about is a blowfish pipe. Anyone seen these things? I think they are awesome!
