My First Post.

I bought a pipe and tobacco. The pipe arrived 6 months later. The stem was broken. I sent it to Walker. He replaced the tenon. I looked on the internet today, and found no internet for him. Anyone had similar trouble?

Not sure I'm following - you bought a pipe from Edwards Tobacco in Dallas and the stem was broken? Why did you not send it back there?

I believe I waited 3-4 months for the pipe to arrive, Oct-Jan 2012-2013. It is an ELITE made in Greece. I am still embarrassed. The pipe returned from Walker in another month. It was mailed in an envelope with stem inserted in the pipe. I presume it was broken in transit. Right I should have sent it back and waited another month or two. But I had had enough.

Dave Wolf was supportive on the phone, and either he, or Mike Meyers fixed it.
This all happened 8 months ago. The pipe was ordered 11 months ago.
I am making this post now, to be done with a bad deal. It wasn't the money, it was his disregard for the customer.
He sure billed the credit card fast enough.
So, the tobacco is very nice. Morning Blend English with at touch of coffee. He said he gave me a double portion,
but I got only the 8 oz I ordered. LOL
