Eder Mathias Pipe

Scrolling through the Al Pascia site recently and came across Eder Mathias. Never heard of/seen his pipes before, but there are some really interesting pieces. I purchased this one, the linear shank/stem coupled with the vertical grain on the bowl really stood out to me. This video shows it better than my pictures.

Interesting design and a cumberland bit that actually matches the pipe.

I like the paneling and plateau and light walnut stain, design conscious and dynamic. I also like the color on the stem. The package is upbeat and contemporary in a good way.
