It has 2 fills, but it's drilled center and flush on the bottom.

Don't know how it smokes yet.

How well did it smoke? Did it have that nasty, thick black bowl coating that a lot of the Polish carvers seem to use? I have sanded it out in the past (Albin pipes) and they smoked much drier afterward. I just bought a nearly identical Nowakowski poker. Lovely birdseye and a contrast stain. The shipping is nearly as much as the pipe, though. $32.50 in total.
