Telescopes, I would at least mention this to your doctor at your next visit or sooner just to rule out high blood pressure, ischemic attack, bad tobacco, etc. Any time I have had pain in a dream it was caused by something real I discovered later. Just a suggestion from concern.
I agree. If it happens more often then once or twice. There are too many accounts of people having recurring dreams about injuries to part of their body where later they find out there was an issue in that part. Though with dreams it could totally be symbolic because dreams are just weird. Seriously we die if we don't pass out of consciousness and then have full blown hallucinations.

Whew, our last guest just left. Church at 8 AM (grand kids were very good!). Easter egg hunt in the front yard, then swimming in the pool and desert. I just finished a Jefferson Old Fashioned. Finishing packing for our trip tomorrow. Downside - all the leftovers (ham, scalloped potatoes, homemade potato salad, etc.) went home with guests since we'll be out for the week.
