I also got this one this weekend. It is marked Dunset on the bottom, and probably "all Briar" or something like that. On the left side there is an eagle stamp that was poorly struck but says "American" on the bottom right.
I have seen pics of these before but never seen one. Got it cheap too!
All comments or corrections welcome.

Interesting. I hadn't seen one with a screw through the stem. It sure folds down compact which is a great design, you can pack it before you go and probably not lose too much tobacco in your pocket with that design.

I am not sure the screw is original. My pictures are slightly out of focus as I learn to use my light system so its hard to see the detail. But the tip of the screw is poking out the bottom of the bowl, and it looked a bit haphazard to me.

No, it wont pass, a pipe cleaner is stopped at the screw.

Have you removed the screw? Is there a tenon on the bottom side of the stem? Looks to me like maybe the tenon was broken and the screw added as a repair.Can't imagine any factory doing that.
