dunhill pipe

I have a dunhill 500 anniversary pipe with some type of tube in the set. I am new to pipe collecting and needed some info about this pipe someone could help me out.

Coalsmoke is right about the inner tube. I have always wondered why they continue to supply these. Since the invention of pipecleaners they are superfluous and really just get in the way. I remove them before smoking the pipe.
