Does any one know the date of this dunghill pipe I just got on eBay. It's marked dunhill shell biar 660 f/t made in england 2 4s. the 4 is circled

You should post a picture of the number after the 'd' in 'England'. You can tell a lot from that!

Pictures are always a pleasure, but if it's a 2 and it has a Group Number, then that puts it at 1962.
