I'm curious if anyone has/had a Dunhill LB or LBS and would be willing to share their thoughts on it. Love it? Hate it? Would you buy another? Anything to look out for? Is the LBS significantly slimmer than the LB?

I like the chunky shape and overall aesthetic. Plus that classic billiard shape Is nice. Thanks in advance for your input.

I currently own one Dunhill LB which is from 1966. I think it smokes ok. I think it is the best looking billiard ever made. I am a huge fan of Billiards and this one is my favorite looking one. My artisan made Billiards smoke better but nothing looks as good as this pipe. I have this one and have no desire to own another one. Here is my 1966.

Thanks! I saw your post from a few years ago when you got this pipe and hoped that you'd chime in. I do agree that it is a great looking billiard The pipe I saw is pretty close in age to yours. I really appreciate the feedback as I can probably buy one or two custom pipes for the price of the LBS that I saw!

I’m a fan of the LB, the LBS not so much. Mine are Shells and Tanshells, just an aesthetic preference. Here’s one from 1937 George D. restored for me a while back:
