Dunhill Fuel Adapter

If every can of dunhill butane comes with a plastic adapter, why do people want to sell us one seperately?

I just recieved my newest dunhill, a japan made slim. The odd thing in the instructions is that it say NOT to use the fill adapter when fueling it. "remove adapter from can nozzle, and insert into lighter.."

I have a brass adapter for my rollgas. It does not resemble the can adapter in any way.

Yet I see good number of people with complaints on China brass adapters. But none concerning the quality of the one with the dunhill refill can.
