This is not Gruyère. It looks more like some Emmentaler substitute. But it is looking better than the pipes in the Gruyère ad.Gruyere still has the spots, just not the the single white one... unless you cut it right.

perhaps I misunderstood your meaning. If so, I apologize!How do you mean? The listing is for a Bruyere but is misspelled Gruyere. Misspellings lead to less notice in an auction.
