Dull Spots on Collection KKK

I have a Collection KKK that has some dull spots/areas on the bowl. Have tried polishing the bowl with Dunhill pipe polish but no luck. Also tried rubbing them out with a soft cloth. The photos don’t clearly show the dull areas but it’s the best I can do.

Any idea what these are, and better yet, any ideas on how to remove them? Thanks!

You're right it's hard to make out the dull spot. Paragon pipe polish works great. You can buy it here. Paragon doesn't require a buffing wheel. You just apply, let sit until it gets hazy, then hand buff.
