Just paid for a Becker Dublin slightly bent Royal Flush Grade, a pipe I never thought I'd own in my wildest dreams!

Al, the Royal Flush Grade is the highest grade pipe made by Becker, pretty sure this is a collaboration effort between Fritz and Paulo Becker but won't know until I have it in hand. Becker pipes came simply marked Becker then 1-4 Spades, 1-4 Clubs, 1-4 Hearts and finally the Royal Flush marked with a Spade, Club, Diamond and Heart. The single stamped grades were discontinued in 1991 along with the Spade Grade save for select 4 Spade Grade not often encountered. As you can probably tell I'm as pleased as could be to have picked up this pipe in one of my favorite shapes, regards.

Truly a spectacular piece. That's one I'd have a hard time lighting up...though I might pack the bowl and just dry hit it.

That looks like it's too big for my taste, but holy cow WOW. Beautiful grain on that one.

didimauw, I usually don't go for large bowls but the chance of possibly owning a really rare Grade Becker in one of my favorite shapes was just too much to not take a chance, I may only smoke it on very special occasions but smoke it I will, cheers.
