Thanks for the link Kevin.
That's a really short article for something on that big of a scale.
The Tobacco companies need to start counter-suing anyone who blatantly attacks them like this.

Our Fairy God Mother Govt. pushed this through Parliament doggedy without sparing a single thought for where the $'s to fight any legal action, pay out any tobacco companies awards etc. would come from.
Bless our PM's naive girlie heart (I'll use it since I heard it was derogatory), with less than 25% of the population's approval, she's still hanging in there by the hair on her chinny chin chin. I personally hope the Govt. does get sued for $1M's to repay their impulsive stupidity, and then the remaining 25% of the morons who admit to voting for her in will change their tune too & she'll be ousted for the air-head disgrace she truly is.
Why in god's name they didn't come to a compromise with the tobac coys i.e. a small logo on the pack's side or lid etc = the rationale of not having a brand is to stop brand snobbery .... lmfao, as if a dedicated cig smoker gives a fat rat's crack about brands being seen by those who need to see they're a cut above the next smoker 'coz their pack costs $25 instead of $18 for the pleb brands, pfft.
Lord it's embarrassing to be an Aussie at times, especially with this fool at the helm!
