I just bout this pipe on ebay for a low price eve. For a bad pipe it looks prety good and its dr.boston any ways what do you guys think

Yep.
They're a French pipe. Sub brand of Butz Choquin I believe.
You can find some more of them HERE and check up on how you did as far as what you paid for it :D
