Do You Keep Your Tobac Tins?

I ask as I see people selling old - yes of course old, tins on Craigslist for $10 and such.
I am guessing people that like ornaments buy 'em but seems silly. Hey- what do I know.
Something is worth what someone is worth paying for it. Like antiques I guess.
I got room somewhere in my mancave previously basement/server office.

As soon as mine are opened, the content goes into a jar and the tin is thrown away. A little obsessive about clutter.

I know some folks use them for storage. Mine get recycled. Got one old Prince Al tin that my daughter bought me that sits near my desk.

I used to but they just cluttered up my closet so I threw them out. I kept a few OTC tubs that I use for mixing.

I keep a couple for short trips fill her up with bacci and it stay pretty fresh ( at least the screw on lids). Also carry matches, pipe cleaners, tampers in another so I don’t find a sock with a pipe cleaner through it.

SO TRUE- I was just surprised to see empty ones on Craigslist.

I keep a couple screw top tins just for traveling. Keeps the tobacco from getting crushed, and moist for several days.

Yup. At least one of each I have tried. I plan on putting them up on a shelf for decoration in my smoking room.
