Resurrecting the dead thread...
I've tried lots of blends, have many more on my shelves to try... variety and searching is currently part of my fun.
In the process I've found many I like and have bolstered my supply, but even among my favorites, it's difficult to have one that really satiates bowl after bowl. Only about 1/2 dozen come close so far to doing that for me. The best was a limited release so it's hard to even count that one.
Most recently, I opened Oak Alley by C&D. Just a regular ol' under the radar, consistent production blend.
I'm not through the first tin of it yet so I may be jumping the gun, but if I were choosing a desert island blend:
OAK ALLEY.
