Thanks guys. It was fun.
I thought the post was getting too long and people would lose interest. I could have written a lot more, and only used about 10% of my photographs, but then it really would have been too long.

A great post, very well done and wounderful pictures. I too like cheese and eat bread about as often as you if not less. I don't want sugar (or high fructose corn syrup) in my bread and it's just about impossible to find it ready made in America without it.

If you went now I bet it would be all snowy and freezing cold...just like here in Helsinki.
I also like Denmark - been there a few times.
