Dating a tin of Solani Silver Flake Blend 660

Recently picked up what I believe to be an older tin of Solani Silver Flake Blend 660. On my newer tins, the tins have the letter dating and the tobacco comes on clear cello. This one does not have the letter dating and is sealed in gold mylar. Anyone have any idea on a rough date range?

Cool, I never saw one sealed in foil inside. Guess I've never opened one of that brand yet. But I'm certain I have a round? one on the shelf...
